Choose a form of meditation In order to develop your existing psychic abilities, take time regularly to tune in to the spiritual part of yourself and the world around you.
Mediation can take many forms. All forms serve the purpose of turning inward or focusing on spiritual issues. Traditional meditation involves entering a state of deep relaxation, typically through sitting quietly and focusing on breaths or an image or idea. Meditation can also occur during walks or any activity done in solitude.
As you meditate regularly, you will become more sensitive to your subtle senses.
Focus on particular psychic skills Do you feel drawn to a particular ability? Clairvoyance (clear-seeing), clairaudience (clear-hearing), spirit communication, empathic sensitivity, intuitive abilities, etc. Seek information about the various psychic abilities, especially the ones that most call to you.
Purify your body and mind Toxins cloud your clarity of mind and your physical and spiritual abilities. Follow your intuitive guidance to choose nutritious foods that serve your body's needs. Suggestion: Drink plenty of water, eat vegetables, healthy fats, and adequate protein. Avoid sugar, stimulants, alcohol, unnecessary drugs, artificial chemicals, and colorings.
Join a psychic or spiritual group Join with others who are on similar spiritual paths. A psychic study or discussion group could be a local in-person group or an online email group.
